  • What are your payment policies and methods?

    All of our projects are normally split into two payments (a deposit at the beginning and a final payment when the project is completed). We also offer to split up the total investment into 4 milestone payments throughout the duration of our time working together.

  • If I have an idea of what I am envisioning for a logo, how do you go about that?

    We always tell clients that we welcome their ideas and preferences; we use them for discussion points while we create their brand strategy and mood board, but it’s imperative to keep in mind that the ultimate end goal is to create a visual brand that is best for their business, and that may mean straying from their original idea. If all the client is hoping for is bring their exact vision to life, we’re probably not the right fit for them.

  • Are we a good fit?

    Previous clients have enjoyed collaborating because of Amy's clean and elegant design style, easy-going but professional approach, organisation and quick problem solving. If you appreciate these things then the answer is yes!

  • How soon can we get started?

    Typically, we are booked out 1 month in advance, but sometimes we have project spots that may begin sooner than that. Fill out our contact form to book an intro call and we can discuss when you'd like to get started.
